| Specification: | This production line is mainly used to produce high barrier sheet. The form of merging layers is PP/ ADH/ EVOH/ ADH /PP or PP/ ADH/ PA/ ADH /PP This sheet is mainly used in wrapper of food, medicine and cosmetic. To take this sheet as wrapper is not only to separate effectively oxygen and air, but also to separate the odour given off by the wrapper thus the wrapper can achieve a long-term quality and fresh assured. The production Line provides three/five extruders all of which are feeding material automatically. PP extruder provides static mixer which can make the materials plasticized and mixed fully. The screws of EVOH, PA and ADH extruders are specialty. These three extruders all provide melt gear pump so that they can feed materials precisely and stably pump so that they can feed materials precisely and stably, the duplex hydraulic change net device can realize high-speed non-shutdown changing net on the course of production. After the three materials simultaneously enter the layer merger they are combined to five/seven layers and enter into the nose and are extruded evenly, every set of extruders has protected device of excess pressure and overflow in order to ensure the service safety. The size of the opening of the nose can be adjusted arbitrarily in the scope of the products end the width of the discharged material also can be adjusted The discharged material will be shaped on the three rollers the gap adjustment of the three rollers machine can be displayed by meter. The three rollers machine may he adjusted at the same time or separately. The hydraulic station in addition sets up super oil temperature alert device. The whole production line mounts chain safety device, once the emergency situation takes place, to pull the Safety rope or press the emergency push-button, the whole production line shut-down roller will be opened automatically. Installed on the track the three roller machine, cooler frame, and traction motor can be moved fore and after, when they are moved, only need to press the button. |
